North Carolina Foothills Wedding at Luna’s Trail
Luna’s Trail is such a stunning venue tucked away in Westfield, NC. Rolling hills, farmland, barns, cabins, ponds. You name it. The epitome of what it means to grow up in the Foothills of North Carolina. I was surrounded by so much beauty that I took for granted growing up here.
Rain and storms were in the forecast for this entire weekend. I checked the forecast on Saturday morning before heading to the venue and was fully prepared to have a pep talk with the bride upon my arrival. Instead, I was greeted with a big hug, a joyful smile, and Miss Quinn who was just so happy and ready to marry her Stewart! She did not have a care in the world other than the most important part about this day, and that was marrying the love of her life. Despite the rain at the beginning of the day, it was still such a stunning place to be. Around 2 o’clock I peeked outside to see the sun trying to pop through the clouds. It ended up being an absolutely beautiful day! God is good.
Quinn & Stewart, it was such an honor being able to be such a huge part of this season of your lives. I hope you two have a blast in Cancun. Enjoy this life together, embrace the hard times, encourage one another, and lean on your loved ones for support when you need it. It was evident yesterday that you two are very much loved! Thank you again for allowing me to serve you both. So much love to the new Mr. & Mrs. Wilkins!
