Pilot Mountain Engagement Session | Hannah & Nate
I had such a fun evening with Hannah, Nate, and Hannah’s mom Roberta. It was the perfect Fall evening at Pilot Mountain State Park and was surprisingly not near as busy as we anticipated. The views are always so breathtaking, I loved walking around the trails and paths with these two and learning more about them. It is evident that they are very much in love, and I can not wait for their wedding next fall.
How They Met
These two are the definition of childhood sweethearts! They attended the same school all through grade school, and although Nate had eyes on Hannah since 5th grade it wasn’t until their 8th-grade year that he finally approached her!
The Proposal
“He took me up to the overlook on the parkway and proposed. It was a Friday night after he had gone and talked to both of my parents. We have a thing with moons, and it was the biggest and lowest moon I have ever seen. It felt like we could have reached out and touched it, it was so beautiful!”
What Has Been Your Favorite Thing About Being Engaged?
“I just love always being able to talk about all the details of our wedding and sharing our visions about how we imagine our wedding day and all the days after we’re married. The day can’t come quick enough, we are just so ready to be married, living together, and to begin creating our own lives together as a family.”
Hannah and Nate are getting married at Gambill Estates in Roaring River. Hannah attended her first wedding there several years ago and ever since, she has had her heart set on getting married there! I can not wait to see these two get married. Enjoy their engagement session!
